Individual sessions are $100, and your first 15-minute consultation is free.

 

I'm self-pay (not in-network with insurance), which keeps your care flexible and your mental-health history off an insurance record—a privacy many people healing from religious trauma value.

 

**A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available; if cost is a barrier, just ask. I can also provide a monthly superbill you may submit to your out-of-network benefits.
